Following the steps of the Kathmandu Valley, Nepal's third largest tourist destination is the Chitwan national park, Sauraha. The vast and beautiful nature reserve is a radius of 932 square kilometers, including the Borneo double tree forest, the swamp and the rolling pastures. The park is one of the last habitat homes of the endangered one-horned rhinoceros, and the park is also home to a large number of tigers, leopards and rare reptile species. Chitwan houses more than 50 species of mammals, including monkeys, tigers, leopards, lazy bears, wild boar, coyotes, deer, Elephant and rhinoceros. Birds over 450 species, with at least 67 different species of butterflies can be seen in the park. Besides wildlife Chitwan is more attractive due to the presence of Tharu culture. Tharu are the inhabitants of Sauraha and have engaged themselves in tourism activities since past few decades.
Chitwan is destination dedicated to wildlife. There are many activities one can engage in at the park. Jungle safari is famous among the tourist. There are basically two kinds of Jungle tour; one riding an elephant another is to ride a jeep. There are other options of nature walk, village tour, bird watching, canoeing, elephant bathing, museum tours and many more within the destination.

Day 01: Arrival
Welcome
to Nepal. As this will be a short visit
to one particular destination only, so after you arrive at the international
airport you will be transferred to Domestic Airport. A short flight of 25 mins
will take us to a beautiful city of Chitwan. After arrival at Chitwan, our
representative will pick you from airport and transfer to Hotel. You can either
relax at your room rest of the evening or participate in Tharu culture show.

Day 02: Chitwan
Early
in the morning breakfast will be served at hotel immediately following a bird
watching tour. After a short tour we
will go for elephant bathing. In a small river stream elephants take bath where
you can ride elephant’s back and play with it. After morning activities we will
have lunch and continue day activity. First we will go to the nearby Tharu Museum.
Tharu is one of the ethnic groups of Nepal culturally rich and residing in the
plains of Terai since a long period of time. As we finish a short excursion to
museum we will head towards Chitwan National Park. Chitwan National Park
because of its unique flora, fauna and vegetation is listed in UNESCO World
Heritage Site. This national park houses many endangered animals and different
species of birds. Within the park’s buffer zone tourists are allowed to do two
activities,1 Jeep Safari; 2 Elephant Safari. You can choose any of them and
explore a day inside the park. In the evening we will sit at the river bank of
Rapti River. If we are lucky then we may get chances to see Rhino and other
animals coming to the other banks of river.
Day 03: Chitwan – Departure
Today is the last day to explore this beautiful city. After breakfast we will visit to the Elephant Breeding Centre. We will continue our tour without spending much time here and head towards Rapti River. Another adventurous activity done here is Canoeing. We will sit on a canoe and start this adventure. As we go forward river becomes deeper and crocodiles are spotted around the canoe. Many species of birds can be viewed on the banks of river. After the ride we will have lunch and pack our bags. Before departure we will go for a village tour to see typical lifestyle of Tharu people and then move towards domestic airport. Again we will take a short flight of 25 mins and reach at the International Airport. END OF OUR SERVICE

Cancelled one week before arrival 50% of total cost
