DAY 01: Kathmandu
Arrival at the Tribhuwan International Airport. Our
representative will be there at the airport and will help you to reach the
hotel and complete all the required check-in formalities. In the evening, our
guide will brief you about the travel itinerary and other arrangements which
you will require during the trip.
DAY 02: Kathmandu
Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square and Bouddhanath
Early morning breakfast will be served at the hotel. Our
vehicle will take you to Kathmandu Durbar Square, one of the Palaces where you
can see outstanding architecture, handicraft and lifestyle of locals. Within
the palace complex, there are temples of Bhairav, Shiva Parvati and Kumari
(also known as Living Goddess).
After lunch, our guide will take you to Patan Durbar Square.
Patan Durbar Square is another palace complex. Here, one can experience mixed
Hindu and Buddhist culture. Patan is
famous because of its architectural uniqueness. Krishna Mandir is one of the
best examples of stone architecture. There are many more monuments which are
worth a see in Patan Durbar Square.
After visit to Patan, we will then move towards Bouddhanath
Stupa. Bouddhanath, holy site of Buddhist, is a center of Tibetan Buddhism.
This place is perfect to end up all the anxiety and stress after a hectic
day. After full day sightseeing our
guide will drop you to hotel and brief about following day’s itinerary.
DAY 03: Pashupati to Bhaktapur
to Nagarkot
3rd day of tour begins from Pashupatinath. After breakfast,
our guide will take you to the holy temple Pashupatinath. Pashupatinath is a
Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. It lies on the bank of holy river Bagmati
where cremation is done on one of the banks. It is believed Pashupatinath was
built in the 5th century setting example as one of the oldest ancient monument
existing till date. After a short visit to Pahupatinath, we will head on
towards Bhaktapur Durbar Square.
Bhaktapur was the ancient capital of Nepal during the Malla
period. Bhaktapur palace complex comprises wonderfully built stone, brick
and wood monuments. Bhaktapur is a masterpiece for those who love art and
crafts. Nyatapole, Fifty five window palace, Lion Gate, Golden Gate, etc. are
few of the major attractions within the temple complex.
After full day sightseeing at Bhaktapur, we will drive
towards Dhulikhel. Dhulikhekl is small town 32 km away from Kathmandu which is
one of the perfect place to see panoramic views of the Himalayas. Besides this,
Dhulikhel offers beautiful sunrise and sunset view. Overnight at Dhulikhel.
DAY 04: Dhulikhel to Swayambhunath
The 4th day of tour we will start by watching spectacular
sun rise between the mountains. Many who
are interested in photography can utilize this golden opportunity to take some
perfect shots. After sunrise view, we will have breakfast and move towards
Kathmandu.
After lunch, we will now take a short visit to Swayambhunath
Stupa. Swayambhunath Stupa is situated between dense forests in the
north-western part of Kathmandu. Several Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are said to
have visited in prehistoric times including Vajradhara and Manjushri. So, this
is considered as one of the holiest Buddhist site of World.
DAY 05: Kathmandu
Departure Day
Last day of our tour ends with departure. Our representative will drop you to the airport.

About the travel insurance, we suggest our guest to take those insurance which covers all emergency cases or other travel related injury during your travel in Nepal. However, this is mandatory and it depends on your personal opinion. If you are buying any insurance, you can buy the one which covers for a week or only for days you will be in Nepal.
Cancellation and Refund:
Although it’s rare but sometimes we might cancel trip due to some internal problems. In such a case, you will be refunded full amount of package. If guest themselves cancel trip, then money will be refunded as following:
Cancelled one month before arrival full refund
Cancelled 15 days before arrival 75% refund of total cost
Cancelled one week before arrival 50% of total cost
Cancelled less than a week 25% refund of total cost
No Show No refund
No special equipment is required during the trip. However,
we suggest you to carry all the required things which you need to use
personally like umbrella, rain coats, wind jacket, good sun protection cream,
etc.
- Do we need Insurance even if we are not trekking or going for expedition?
Travel insurance is not compulsory when you are traveling. But, no one can guarantee 100% safety and security. So to be in the safe side we suggest you to take travel insurance. Purchase that insurance which covers cost occurred in Nepal. Make sure one you purchase will cover all the medical costs during emergencies and other injuries.

Yes, we can customize this trip if you want. If you want to extend trip, you have to pay extra amount. If you wish to switch to other package then, you either have to add money, or we will give you refund (if 2nd package is cheap) after deducting service charge.
- When should I travel to Nepal?
Nepal has two tourist seasons one is spring and other is autumn. Spring season is February to May. Autumn is late August till mid-November. Summer in Nepal receives heavy rainfall which makes trails slippery and dangerous. It's cloudy and rainy so you might not get chance to enjoy the view of Himalayas. During Winter, we suggest you to choose a warm destination. Kathmandu, Lumbini, Chitwan, Bardia National Park are some of the better options. Other places are quite cold and often foggy.
