Nep Travels : Paragliding Day Trip

Another amazing adventure sport is Paragliding. Paragliding in itself is interesting while flying between the mountains make it more amazing in Nepal. There is much fun, excitement and thrill in this sport. Our Paragliding day trip is conducted in Pokhara. You will be taken on top of the cliff. One pilot will assist you during the flight. There will be all the safety measures taken so all you need to do is flow pilot's instructions and enjoy the moment.

This day trip is only a day package, if you wish to customize it; we can do it for you which will be convenient to you and of reasonable price.

Our representative will take you to the spot where you will take the jump. You will be secured by knots and ropes. Along with you there will be one pilot who will guide you during the flight. During the flight, cameras will be taking your video from multiple angles. There is no any big injury or harm if you don't panic. Flight will be of 50 mins. If you want a shorter one, then it will be about 25 mins. While you will be flying, you will see yourself between the mountains and above a big blue lake. You will get chance to enjoy panoramic views of the Himalayas including Annapurna massif and Macchapuchhre.

After completion of flight, you will be provided a boating trip to Fewa Lake. We will serve you lunch at one of the finest restaurant and drop you at Hotel. End of services

Travel Insurance:

About the travel insurance we suggest our guest to take those insurance which covers all emergency case or other travel related injury during your travel in Nepal. However this is optional and it depends in your opinion. If you are buying any insurance you can buy which covers for a week or only for days you will be in Nepal.

Cancellation and Refund:

Although it’s rare but sometimes we might cancel trip due to some internal problems, in such a case you will be refunded full amount of package. If guest wish to cancel trip then money will be refunded as following:

Cancelled one month before arrival full refund

Cancelled 15 days before arrival 75% refund of total cost

Cancelled one week before arrival 50% of total cost

Cancelled less than a week 25% refund of total cost

No Show No refund

Special Case:

There are chances of flight getting delayed or cancelled. As paragliding is done in open air with no contact to ground, there is high influence of weather. If it is a windy day or quite foggy then we have to cancel the trip. However, we will till try our best to schedule a proper day and time for you.

If you choose morning flight but by any reasons gets postponed for afternoon, we request you to be flexible with these conditions. If there is no flight for a day then we will refund you full amount.

If you cancel it by yourself only 35% will be refunded.

This is a day trip so you will not require any special equipment.

Who can participate in adventure activities?
Everyone can participate in the mentioned activities. If you are below 18 year old then, must be accompanied by parent or have a family travel agreement. Before you indulge yourself in any of the adventure activity consult with a physician and carry out plans accordingly.
Is it too dangerous to do these activities?
No, it is not dangerous unless you go for an expedition. All the adventure activities in Nepal have maintained level of safety. You will be given safety instructions and assisted by guide and instructors in all the activity. If you still feel insecure, then you can ask for other safety equipment with the guide.
Do we need Insurance even if we are not trekking or going for expedition?
Travel insurance is not compulsory when you are traveling. But, no one can guarantee 100% safety and security. So to be in the safe side we suggest you to take travel insurance. Purchase that insurance which covers cost occurred in Nepal. Make sure one you purchase will cover all the medical costs during emergencies and other injuries.
Can this itinerary be customized as our demand?
Yes, we can customize this trip if you want. If you want to extend trip, you have to pay extra amount. If you wish to switch to other package then, you either have to add money, or we will give you refund (if 2nd package is cheap) after deducting service charge.
